Rudheath Senior Acadmey - Phase 1. 
Following the terrible fire at the school we have been working closely with the North West Academies Trust to refurbish the damaged spaces. These are some before and during the works shots along with the visulisations taken from the Revit model and finished in Enscape. During the Covid 19 lockdown these are keeping us cheerful and we can not wait to get back to site to see what has been happening.

Stunning office design for one of our favourite retailers

How time flies! To think that we finished this project this time last year. Creating a sleek, multi-functional agile working office for our Client on a quick time scale! Stunning furniture supplied by @orangebox_ltd,  @Boss_Design and @flexiformltd.

Well done Julia, Charlotte and Claire. Everyone pitched in to make this a special working environment. Amazing project organisational skills  - to turn this round in the time we had, is truly brilliant.

Experienced BIM/Revit Technician Required

BIM/Revit Technician (6 months fixed term contract)

Salary: £28000 + depending on experience

Location: Northwich

• Are you highly proficient in Revit and have at least 3 years of continuous use in

practice?

• Do you have an interest in and talent for quality design and detailing?
• Are you a team player with a positive attitude?

We are looking for a BIM/Revit technician with proven experience to join our Interior design
team and assist with projects within a range of industries. An ability to model, render and
take through to visualisation would be advantage.

The successful candidate will work on Revit projects and assist other team members,
including providing training to a few mixed experience level users. Good communication
and interpersonal skills are essential.

You will need to be an organised individual who can take a briefing and work independently
but also work closely as part of the team. A good standard of IT literacy including Microsoft
Office packages including Word and Excel is essential.

You should also hold a good standard of English literacy and general numeracy.

In return we can offer you; 20 holidays per year plus bank holiday, career progression and
relevant training.

This position is for 6 months with a possibility that this may be extended.
